Welcome to our home and studio in a beautiful 150-year-old stone church in Burra.
AT REDRUTH STUDIO
Redruth Studio is our home, my working studio and a small performance space. I write and compose here; Emlyn and visiting musicians rehearse and record here; and several times a year we open the doors for house concerts.
IN BURRA AND THE MID NORTH
Redruth Studio is also the base for my work across the region. I am currently working with residents through the Burra Orchestra Project to create a new town-wide piece, and helping the school choir prepare for its performances.
Redruth Studio was my HQ when I arrived in town and produced the first Farty Bard Festival, a celebration of the sillier side of Shakespeare.
COME TO REDRUTH
Several times a year we welcome visiting musicians to house concerts for our community. We share supper, music and good company.
